#114 GSS-Proxy parent process need to wait until init_proc_nfsd() is called

Closed: Fixed Opened Jan 3, 2014 by simo.

This is to make sure the nfsd server is initialized to use gssproxy before the nfsd sever is started.
By blocking the parent process until the proc file has been written to we assure the init system does not race and start the nfsd server before we are ready.
