Fix for link that was broken to the Element/Matrix channel.
I think that when the
#is part of a query variable, it does require a backslash to be interpreted correctly, but when it's explicitly part of the URL itself (as is the case with the#inside ofhttps://matrix.to/#/#gaming:fedoraproject.org, the backslash is interpreted literally).Also, changed liberachat's url to a cleaner one.
