FUEL evaluation process has been completed for Telugu language. It is important to implement FUEL on desktop projects like Gnome. Some discussions are going in Telugu mailing list about translation review and FUEL implementation, so i thought it would be better to have some tracking system while working collaboratively.

Thanks Krishna for creating this one. It would help us to track properly.
