After a lot a work to doing the budget, like you can see in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon:Cusco_2013_budget, we proceed to request the necessary funds to cover the expenses of the event. By example the request for doing t-shirts, print material, these should be made at least with 20 days in advance.

Notably, we can't receive money via Paypal (since we can't convert it in local currency), so we want request you that be send to us via Western Union or a similar service.

The budget has just been modified by the resignation of dbruno and approval of wolnei.

I am attaching the booklets, shirts and banners quotes. The chullos were quoted at a craft shop where they have not quote forms, but they can provide receipts.

The prices is in peruvian soles, to see the exchange rate you can see it in www.bcrp.gob.pe

The first deposit was received from bluehost, the second was sent by Jared and the third was a deposit in the same bank with me and Jared.

Jared gave us 2088.55 USD in total for the payment of the local logistics necessary things.

Payment of the restaurant so did Jared and have proof of payment.

The payment was made by Dennis hotel and have proof of payment.
