People from out side, that attend the fudcon need a place to stay, some of them will be hosted by Fedora, we need to verify and get a quote and fare for all guest, per 4 days as the conference last

We like to have all people on the same hotel or close by as possible. Hotel price is important, hotel must have good room and good Internet on the room an common areas.

if possible to have a place to meet everyone at nights

The hotel chosen is the Hotel Antawasi, the quote has two rates, a published fare for ordinary people, and confidential fee for large groups, companies and travel agencies. FUDCon apply for confidential rates. There is possibility that it is funded by the San Antonio Abad of Cusco State University. if the University finances this will not be necessary to make a transfer of money, otherwise the community must make a transaction to pay. The deadline to confirm the support of the university will be on May 24.
