#22 Initiate database

As we discussed, database is required for freshmaker to store data for some rebuild operation.

AC:

  • Using ORM to operate database, probably the SQLAlchemy is the choice for us since it is already used in our other projects.
  • File used to define models is ready-for-use.
  • Optional, a easy command line to initialize database and run migrations

A latest update is freshmaker will get messages sent to topic bodhi.update.complete.stable, not sync.done. Former messages has the information to get NVRs included in each update in stable state. So, don't need a db to store previous rebuild time.

However, this issue would be still useful for #20. Feel free to comment your thoughts.
