Port bash-ipa-trust-functional-automount test suites upstream to enable a shift-left testing approach, improve upstream test coverage, and eliminate reliance on downstream bash-beaker test suites.

The current downstream bash/pytest tests do not support test-level logging, which makes debugging regressions significantly harder.

To simplify debugging and strengthen early validation, the downstream bash-ipa-trust-functional-automount test suite is being ported to ipatests, allowing better logging, improved visibility, and earlier detection of failures in upstream CI.
