have to create them manually

How reproducible is this bug?:

always

Steps to reproduce

  • create ipa location
  • migrate including DNS entries

Expected results

locations migrated

Actual results

no locations from cn=locations,cn=etc,$suffix with ipaLocactionObject objectClass
