#9845 ipatests: Port downstream ipa-trust-functional test suite.

In downstream bash/pytest there is no support for creating logs in test level
This makes harder to debug regression from test suite.
To simplify debugging and to achieve shift left focus port downstream bash:ipa-trust-functional test suite to ipatests.
