In rawhide with kernel-core-6.16.0-0.rc0.250530gf66bc387efbe.7.fc43, the file /proc/sys/crypto/fips_enabled is missing and this results in multiple test failures:

  • test_integration/test_fips.py::TestInstallFIPS
  • test_integration/test_hsm.py::TestHSMInstall::test_hsm_install_healthcheck
  • test_integration/test_ipahealthcheck.py::TestIpaHealthCheck
  • test_integration/test_replica_promotion.py::TestHiddenReplicaPromotion::test_ipahealthcheck_hidden_replica
