Issue

The support of 32bit idranges introduced a regression in the command ipa trust-add.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure ipa server with ipa-server-install
  2. kinit admin; ipa trust-add --type ad --admin

Actual behavior

The call fails with 

ipa: ERROR: invalid 'rid_base': must be at least 1
