Issue

The IDP configuration for the Okta provider type has 'Organization' field listed as required, but when configured via the CLI it is not.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install IdM
  2. Open IdM webUI
  3. Go to Authentication -> Identity Provider references
  4. Click Add
  5. Fill the fields except the 'Organization' one and choose Okta as the pre-defined provider type
  6. Click 'Add'

Actual behavior

When reproducing the aforementioned steps, there is a warning in the 'Organization' field: Required field.

Expected behavior

List only IDP reference name, client identifier, provider type, and base URL as required entries.
