Request for enhancement

As an admin, I want https://www.freeipa.org/release-notes/Upgrade to work so that I can figure out how to upgrade.

Issue

On the FreeIPA 4.10.2 page , in the Upgrading FreeIPA section, there is an Upgrade link:
Upgrade instructions are available on Upgrade page.
It gives a 404 error.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.freeipa.org/release-notes/4-10-2.html#upgrading
  2. Click on 'Upgrade'

Actual behavior

404 error

Expected behavior

Expected to see upgrade instructions.
