As a FreeIPA user, I want to see the usage for 'External Identity Provider' (idp) in the information tooltip so that I could know in which circumstances should that be used.

Issue

The tooltip located in the 'Authentication indicators' field.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Services' > Click on any service to open 'Settings' > 'Service settings' subsection.
  2. Hover the information symbol 'i' located in the 'Authentication indicators' field.
  3. The tooltip should appear.

Actual behavior

The usage information of the different checkboxes options is shown. But the 'idp' related one is missing.

Expected behavior

The 'idp' usage information should be shown as well.
