#9324 ipatests: Frequent timeout of test_acme

Issue

The test test_integration/test_acme.py times out frequently, see for instance in rawhide PR#2412.

The test is launched with a timeout = 7200s and successful runs take slightly less than 2h. I'm proposing to increase the timeout with 15min.
