Description of problem:
For different reasons, the compat tree might get corrupted and some entries would be missing.

IPA users would like to have the possibility to rebuild the whole compat tree on demand.

Current Behavior:
Need to restart the LDAP server to rebuilt the compat tree.

Expected results:
Allow to rebuild the compat tree without having to restart the LDAP server.
