test_certmonger_ipa_responder_jsonrpc in PR https://github.com/freeipa/freeipa/pull/5964 trying to determine if JSON was used in the certificate request.

Seems to be a timing issue as the journal output didn't include the full output, presumably starting too late.

certmonger logs to the journal so flushing theoretically shouldn't be an issue. It seems that the --since was set to be too late.
