Multiple tests in suites test_webui/test_vault.py and test_webui/test_service are failing in [testing_master_previous] Nightly PR #870 with an error:

E       selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: Reached error page: about:neterror?e=nssFailure2&u=https%3A//master.ipa.test/ipa/ui&c=UTF-8&d=%20

This error is the same for all failures and it's thrown during

>       self.init_app()
