We are setting up FreeIPA as Directory service for our organization.

Do FreeIPA have Enterprise or Premium support?

If Yes, Please can you guide me how can i get one or process to opt for paid support.

Yes. Red Hat Identity Management is a commercially supported distribution of FreeIPA, as part of RHEL. You will require one RHEL subscription for each FreeIPA server. Here's your starting point: https://access.redhat.com/products/identity-management.
