#8536 RFE: ipatests: run healthcheck on hidden replica

The last TODO in the hidden replica test suite was to check whether all services were properly running on a hidden replica.
Rather than doing that, run healthcheck on both members of a cluster comprised of a standard server and a hidden replica and check the return code.
