Request for enhancement

Test following cases:
- Check that --to-nbdays implies --dry-run: "test_EPN_nbdays" can be enhanced to check that.
- Check that --from-nbdays implies --to-nbdays: "test_EPN_nbdays" can be enhanced to check that.
- test that with --to-nbdays only ends in a expected failure.
- test non-numerical input and decimal input to both options
