#8207 Extend Web UI for Kerberos ticket policy to add authentication indicator support

With https://github.com/freeipa/freeipa/blob/master/doc/designs/krb-ticket-policy.md, we have support for per-authentication indicator maximum lifetime and renewal settings. These aren't present in Web UI at all.

Add support for to allow modifying the settings in Web UI.
