#8095 Validate httpd error_log content in tests

A recent regression in RHEL 8.1 downstream patch for Python (rhbz#1760106) caused some problems in FreeIPA. As a result of the bug there were several exception tracebacks in HTTP error log and the audit information of IPA API calls were missing.

We need tests to verify that

  • error_log does not contain any unexpected error messages
  • error_log contains proper audit trail for IPA commands.
