#7864 [WebUI] Review and increase timeouts for UI tests in Nightly PR configuration

Some test suites for WebUI in Nightly PR configuration have timeouts without any reserve. So these tests fails randomly.
We need to increase timeout values to at least {real test duration} + 30%
