test_integration/test_commands.py::TestIPACommand::test_change_sysaccount_password_issue7561 fails with message:

ipa: ERROR: stderr: ldap_start_tls: Connect error (-11)
    additional info: TLS: hostname does not match CN in peer certificate

It happens only when name and external_hostname are different in test-config.yaml.
