#7707 [Translation] not entire sentence of title of Entity's 'Add' dialog

It is a sub-issue of https://pagure.io/freeipa/issue/7698.

Title of 'Add' dialog contains translated concatenated texts, like:

'Add ${entity}'

where 'entity' is also translatable text.
This leads to a bad quality translation.

Such construction is used via method 'adder_dialog' of Entity for the all 'Add' actions.
