Description of problem:
In IPA WebUI, a warning appears in the background(warning message behind the
dialog box).
For example:

ipa-server-4.5.4-10.el7.x86_64 (VERSION: 4.5.4, API_VERSION: 2.228)
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a large number of user in IPA.
2. Reduce the value of "Search size limit" (Default is 100) to reproduce the
issue.
3. Login to IPA WebUI, try to add "IPA users" into any IPA group.
4. You will see a "warning" message being popped up behind the (Add Users into
User Group)dialog box or table.
Actual results:
A warning appears in the background(warning message behind the dialog box)
Expected results:
A warning message should either not be displayed at all or that it should be
displayed in another way, for example, a short message below the table that the
"result list is truncated" or "Search result has been truncated: Configured
size limit exceeded".
