IPA server upgrade failed: Inspect /var/log/ipaupgrade.log and run command ipa-server-upgrade manually.

when i try to make free ipa as a container in docker i do get above error please help me out in this situation

aim i need to configure free iap as a container in docker and access it over url in web gui mode.
