In environment with floating IP and created alias for IDM server.  ipa-client
install fails when pointing to these.
Goal:
To utilize options in OpenStack and not to advertise IDM sensitive data.
How:
Being able to use an IP and server name that are not actually part of the IDM
server
How to test to verify that the RFE is successfully implemented.
Install a IDM client towards a alias DNS record for the IDM server.
