#6965 ipa-replica-manage del replica.name fails

In testing I needed to uninstall a replica, and this left behind some objects, on reinstall it complained the replica existed and should be cleaned up on the master.

On the master I run:
ipa-replica-manage del ipa3.ipa.test --force
This errors out with:
'NoneType' object is not iterable

It should not fail to remove a failed replica
