#6545 WebUI: Warning about having only one CA is shown when filter is set

When there is more CAs in the topology the warning about having only one CA is not shown. But in case that admin set a filter which returns only one CA, the warning pops up even if there is more than one CAs.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create master and replica - both with CA
2. Go to the IPA Server -> Topology -> IPA Servers
3. Set filter which match only one CA
4. Warning pops up

Expected behavior:
Warning should not be shown up when there is more than one CA even if filter is set.
