Issue #6451: Automate managed replication topology 4.4 features - freeipa

ipa-4.4 has acquired some new features of topology plugin, described in [this design document]. The corresponding http://www.freeipa.org/page/V4/Manage_replication_topology_4_4/Test_Plan test plan should be automated
