'ipa-server-install --help' doesn't have description of '--domain-level' option.
It used to have before.

The option is deprecated.

Actually the option was not deprecated but the intention is to have minimal new installations on domain level 0. Therefore it is not advertised on purpose.

The option is still needed for testing though.
