Issue #6161: Add jslint into Makefile - freeipa

It would be good to check also JavaScript files. And as we have jslint config file it would be easy to add jslint and run it next to the pylint.

master:

BuildRequires on jslint was not added to the spec file. Reopening the ticket.

BuildRequires on jslint was added.
