While working on some advanced Apache setup, I've managed to upset FreeIPA server and it gave me popup with IPA Error 911: RefererError.

The interesting on that error message was the
which I believe shouldn't be there.

IPA Error 911: RefererError

Missing HTTP referer.
You have to configure your browser to send HTTP referer header.

This was with freeipa-server-4.3.1-1.fc23.x86_64.

Hopefully easy fix :)
