#5708 ipa-server-install manpage doesn't contain info about --domain-level option

When viewing ipa-server-install manpage (version 4.3), option --domain-level is not listed. It can only be found in "ipa-server-install --help".

Note: it a future(separate ticket) we might want to generate option docs in man pages.
