[error] RuntimeError: KRA configuration failed.

Your system may be partly configured.
Run ipa-kra-install --uninstall to clean up.

KRA configuration failed.
The ipa-kra-install command failed. See /var/log/ipaserver-kra-install.log for more information

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install master with domain level 0
2. Prepare a replica file and install replica from it
3. Install kra on master
4. (IMPORTANT) Without removing the old replica file, prepare a new one and copy it over to replica.
5. Run ipa-kra-install on replica.

Expected results: step 5 should succeed[[BR]]
Actual results: it fails

Notes:
If at point 4 you remove the replica file from both master and replica and then prepare a new one, the step 5 will pass.

Are you sure you copied the new replica file properly?
I cannot reproduce this. I did not remove any original replica file and installation of KRA on replica works.

In case you will be able to reproduce it again, feel free to reopen ticket.
