When uninstaller cannot connect to LDAP during uninstall to detect if CA, KRA are the last instances in topology or DNSSEC master is installed on current server, show warning to user that this might cause issues (before promt 'are you sure?')

If any of services has been installed on server, there should be statefile record about it.

Simple update of warning message is enough for 4.3.1.
