Following should work:

on other IPA client declare that host will be master:
1. kinit admin
2. ipa host-add HOSTNAME --password $OTP
3. ipa hostgroup-add-member ipaservers --hosts=HOSTNAME
on replica:
4. ipa-replica-install --password $OTP [--optional-options]

master:

  • faf608556427849b33f4525b9bac2e71020bb962 replica promotion: allow OTP bulk client enrollment
