#5255 [RFE] option to disable otp

Make it possible to disable OTP functionality for environments which don't use it and which want to hide that feature from users(e.g. for UX simplicity).

That includes:

  • disable otp related services
  • hide all otp related Web UI elements
    • OTP pages
    • OTP fields in reset password dialog
    • sync otp link on login page
    • add OTP token actions
    • and others
  • possibly disable OTP API commands

ab: 4.4, if it can be done in a more generic way, it would be even better. Alexander is asking mostly from the Self-Service for AD stand poin
