#4014 Error when running unintstaller from directory that gets deleted during uninstallation

Trying to run the uninstaller from directory which gets deleted during the uninstallation process, breaks the uninstallation.

Steps to reproduce:

[root@vm-174 ~]# cd /var/lib/pki/pki-tomcat/conf
[root@vm-174 conf]# ipa-server-install --uninstall -U
Shutting down all IPA services
Removing IPA client configuration
Unconfiguring ntpd
Unconfiguring CA
Unconfiguring named
Unconfiguring web server
Unable to determine the current directory: [Errno 2] No such file or directory
[root@vm-174 conf]#
