Description of problem: In IPA Server Configuration, Default e-mail domain accepting invalid inputs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): freeipa-server-3.2.99-0.20130604T1024Zgite31eea3.fc19.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:[[BR]]
1.Add special characters in Default e-mail domain field (see attachment)

Actual Result:[[BR]]
Accepting all type of characters(example !!!!!!ές)[[BR]]

Expected results:[[BR]]
It should reject

ipa: ERROR: command 'config_mod' takes no arguments
