#3508 [RFE] Integrate OpenLMI client into IPA UI/CLI

Once OpenLMI related tickets #3505, #3506, #3507 implemented the client side interface should be integrated into IPA tools to allow central control of operations against a group of hosts.

When ticket is done, more info should be written for wiki, e.g. #3657.

Deferring for the reasons recorded in #3505.
