#3436 [RFE] Web UI services page should show default PAC type

If a user selects a service in the Web UI she can select if the default authorization data type (PAC type) should be overridden.

To improve the user experience it would be helpful to show the default PAC types from the ipakrbauthzdata attribute of ipaGuiConfig object. Please note that this is a multi-valued attribute.

Move all uncompleted tickets to next month bucket.
