#2902 [RFE] Fix dcerpc fault handling (rpc excepction) in s3 and s4 rpc servers

If we raise a rpc exception in the server we don't correctly handle clients afterwards. If we set a dcerpc fault and send the packet to the client we need to return NT_STATUS_PIPE_DISCONNECTED on the trans2 level till the client closes the connection.
