Issue #2266: [RFE] Add IP address and IP network parameter types - freeipa

Add new parameter types for IP address and IP network, which use python-netaddr objects.

I believe that this was already implemented in eb0251c56b25ada7dd3ff4e0e103b2d8029f90ac.

Was fixed ~ in 4.2.0

That's a completely unrelated commit, and I don't see any new classes in ipalib.parameters in current master. Reopening the ticket.
