Projects like Freshmaker or even our own mbs-build needs to have library with constants like models.BUILD_STATES, so they can properly parse our API.

This library may also include more, like sending module build request in rebuild_module method in mbs.py.

It would be good to make it work with Python 3.

We're cleaning up the backlog. Since this has been around for a while without any activity, it's likely not a priority. Dropping it.
