#442 Changing state should reset state_reason

Reopen Issue

After setting a module from an incorrect "build" state to "failed" with an API call and resubmitting the module build, I noticed the module was in state "build" with state_reason "Canceled by psabata.".

This is addressed in https://pagure.io/fm-orchestrator/pull-request/437.
