#1431 Display the ursine RPMs added from handle_collisions_with_base_module_rpms in the API

Currently, MBS adds NEVRAs in xmd.mbs.ursine_rpms in the handle_collisions_with_base_module_rpms function to add as conflicts in module-build-macros. We should display this in the verbose API as a conflicts key. This could also include the NEVRAs added as conflicts from the Ursa Major stream collision code.
