#1428 Clean up /tmp/module_build_service-build-macros* directories after the wait handler

As part of the wait handler, MBS creates the module-build-macros spec file and SRPM. It does this in a directory in /tmp with the prefix module_build_service-build-macros. These directories should be removed after the module-build-macros SRPM is submitted to Koji.

In one of the production instances, there's 440 module-build-macros directories in /tmp. This is unnecessary.
